Hiring Indonesian Maid outside agency

Hello Advisers,

I want to hire a Indonesian maid but it is not through a AGENCY. I came to know about this maid through a friend. But she says it is not possible to hire a indonesian without the agency help. There is always an issue with Indonesian consulate. Consulate does not approve independent employers. IS IT TRUE. I want to hire her before she leave for her holidays.

If you do a search through the threads here you will find the answer to your question. Yes it is true, all Indonesian FDH need to be hired through a consulate approved agency.
