Do people usually put in the minimum salary in the official contract or the actual salary (which may be higher than the minimum) in the official contract?

Thanks!

These girls work very hard. Nice to see that some people realize they will get more by giving more. We trust our children to them and some try to avoid paying them anything..

Ridiculuos. In any other civilized country it would be illegal to work that many hours and not have private room and guaranteed hours off. Any person is equal no matter what their job title or nationality.

What ever is stated in the contract (within reason) can be enforced by law. I personally would identify the minimum of everything and leave any additional benefits as discretionary. Remember a 'rule' of management is that compensation (salary) once given cannot be taken away and a bonus has more impact that an expected remuneration.

Very wise......I did the same as anything in black & white will be difficult to take back in case something happens.
