Hi,
I'm getting a terminated helper who doesn't need to go home.
She is processing her papers directly to cut agency fee.
She told me i should be paying for the HK visa and consulate fee, is it correct practice?

It is strange that she has been terminated and does not have to go home... Usually only those who finish contract may not go home.

It's not strange that she doesn't go home for terminated case, there are exceptions to the rule. It is not a MUST.
There are 3 reasons for them not to go home:
1. Employer's repatriation to another country
2. Employer died or the person she is taking care of died, and
3. Financial difficulty of employer, employer lost his job.
