We're planning to let our helper of 1 month go... Do we need to provide $$ for plane ticket as well or can we just pay her additional 1-month salary (as we don't want her serving the notice period)? Is there anything else we need to do? We didn't go through an agency....

Ok.. how about her visa? We had signed all the papers with Immigration for her visa before she started... do we need to write to Immigration to suspend her working visa too?
