I signed a contract with my maid personally who is terminated by her ex-employer a week ago. I have the below qs:
1/ I found that I need to obtain a document - ID 522 to process in Philippines Consulate. However I don't know what it is. Is there any help? Does the maid need to get it by her own from Immigration Dept?
2/ My maid did not have any copies of termination letter from ex-employer. Is it a must to submit it to Philippines Consulate? Is it OK to get a copy from HK Immigration? My maid said she got a document which related to the termination but for Philippines Consulate and it could be replaced by a termination letter, is it true?
Please help!
