I heard one where the helper had to massage the employer's breasts every day because she was in pain from breastfeeding. Over the line? I think so.
There are lots of stories, but I don't think that actual sexual harassment occurs as often as the stories would suggest. Horror stories about helper mistreatment and helper misbehavior abound, and there never seem to be as many feel-good stories. Probably for the same reason that bad news sells newspapers more than good news.

This is not a DH / employer issue this is an issue between the 2 sexes in general, as helpers are not the only employees sexually abused or harrassed by their employers. Sadly, women in various jobs experience this, and even though they might not be DH they may be unable to quit / risk losing their job, so they feel unable to complain ...
But like axptguy38 says, only a tiny minority of helpers experience sexual abuse, but because the stories are so shocking they always make the headlines. The helper mentioned by Beancurd should be given some support, there are plenty of organisations out there to help Filipino women and also women who have been abused. The book "The helper's helper" lists some phone numbers on the last page, I think.
