I have a Indonesian DH in Singapore which i intend to bring her over to HKG. Is it possible to apply for working visa while she is here in HKG on tourist visit? If possible, is it consider illegal staying at my place while waiting for approval? Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks

call the immigration dept and speak to an officer
