FDH Statutory Holidays in Hong Kong

hey everyone i was just wondering where can i look up a copy of DH holidays cuz i think a friend of mine is bein cheated out of her holiday

her employer says that oct 3 is not a statutary holiday is this true i want her to have a prnted copy so she can show it to her boss
