Hi,
Just looked at the HK government website on the statutory holidays for this year as my helper wants to take her 7 days annual leave during easter, however it does not list Easter?
Just to ensure I'm correct in my understanding as pretty new to employing a DH, easter and other holidays not listed below is optional?

Correct. Easter and other Christian religious holidays are not statutory, with the exception of Christmas Day.
