I have some questions regarding the contract termination of both of my helpers.
What document would they need from the employer if we state that we are leaving the country? And what if we are terminating them for financial matters?

As well as letter to Imm, you will be responsible for paying air fares back to their home countries, door to door including transport to and from airports both ends, plus 100hkd per day food allowance for each day of travelling, be it 1 or 2.
Imm have to be informed within 7 days of termination and you can do it online.
