Immigration Process for helper who terminated previous contract

I have interviewed a helper who recently terminated her previous contract early (I'm satisfied as to her reasons for doing so and we didn't poach her.)

If I hire her, I know she must return to the Philippines whilst a new visa is processed.

However, the thing I'm really struggling with is whether she/we can get the new contract notarised/visa application submitted before she leaves. If we can do this, does this then mean we dont need to use an agency?

I've had advice both ways so I'd be particularly interested in advice from anyone who's been in this situation before. Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

Many Thanks

YES, you can get the new contract notarized to the consulate or submitted to the IMMD before she leaves.

YES, in your situations still need to use an agent.
