I read the thread concerning christmas presents for full-time helpers but curious as to what people give their part-time helpers. Mine cleans once a week and babysits 2 or 3 times a month......

It depends on how much you want to spend what is you budget?
A high end budget would be a gift certficate to a spa for a massage and/or facial.
A low end but useful gift is - calling cards to where your helper is from along with other small stcking stuffer type stuff.

Oh and if u want to make it more personal have your kids make a card and you can write a kind message on the inside yourself.
