I want to move in hk next year,i'm college graduate...please tell me if hk gov. accept philippines citizens who wants to apply in any manufacturing company, for example technician, engr,and other manufacturing position.If so, how can i process? thru internet..or i need to apply directly to the company (Walk in) how about visa? thanks

Another option is to find a company that has offices in both HK and PH and join that company in PH...and then get yourself a transfer to its HK office. Internal transfers like that can be exempted from the general rules, although the company still needs to put together a good story re why it would need you in its HK office (instead of employiong a local). In that regard, though, 'career path' reasons have worked in the past. Also there's a minimum period (5y?) for which you should have worked in the company before that transfer will be deemed bona fide. Otherwise a PH citizen will be treated exactly the same as someone from any other country when it comes to work visas.
