You are entitled to 24 consecutive hours of rest per week in addition to statutory holidays.

Curfews are not technically illegal but in my opinion they are a terrible idea.

Is it necessary? Absolutely not!! It't the helper's day off. If you had a day off work, would you come in early to do a few chores?? I think not. A holiday is a holidy...end of.
