Our helper worked for us for one year before we terminated and subsequently renewed her contract (to get around paying the levy). She is now coming to the end of her 2nd contract (so will have worked 3 years total for us) and by mutual consent we are not renewing her contract and we have already signed a new helper.

Are we obliged to pay her severance pay given that she has worked for us for over 24 months?
