I am sure that this has probably been asked a million times but I just want some info. I am planning to renew my helpers contract and she doesn't want to go home to the Philipines, what are the rules on this, can she just go to Macau for the day and what about the cost of the air fare, is it normal that I should give that to her as a bonus or is it just the case of if you don't use it you lose it? Any advice/opinions very appreciated

I know a lot of Helper from HK coming here in Macau and waited for their visa approve.
