1. FDH's are not given HK permanent resident status

2. If you want one that is a permanent resident, then you would be looking into hiring a local helper

3. Local helpers would then be ideal for you as they have their own home to go home to because they have families here

4. Search this site as previous posters have given suggestions for helper agencies
