Another question about helper's annual leave

Hi, i know that this topic has been discussed all over again and again, but i cant find the solution for my condition.

at the end of 2 yr contract, a helper should have 14 days paid annual leave. may i release her 14 days earlier instead of paying her extra for her 14 days annual leave?

e.g. the contract will end 30Jun'11, so i will let her leave on 15Jun'11 but pay her salary until 30Jun'11.

really appreciate any advices.

The 14 days between contracts are unpaid, though if the helper renews many employers pay them anyway. In your case you won't have to pay so it doesn't matter.
