Hi,

Our helper completed her 2 year contract. She was already in HK when we first hired her. We bought her a return ticket home for her holiday which she completed before the end of the contract.

We renewed our helper's contract this Jan 5, 2011. What is she entitled to? Does she get more than 14 days holiday? Ticket?

Your helper is entitled to 7 days per year worked, plus public holidays for helpers.
