Helper in trouble

HI....I have had my helper for 3 years now....she's had herups and downs but has been very sincere throughout....I have no serious issues with her as such.

She apparently borrowed a huge sum from some local bank in her 1st yr of emplyoment for some relative against her ID...she let me know that only a couple of months later when he Bank started bothering her with the repayment. She has not really bothered me with any of the bank issues so far,and she promises not to do so in future...she has been paying back regualry and has repayed the principle amount too....however,as she is not educated enough, she was not aware of the hidden charges etc....which have become huge now.....she is afraid that might create a problem for her as it is beyond her means now to repay those.

Do i need to be concerned?

any suggestions on what she can do?
