Please give me suggestion I have to go immigration to tell every things and sent back her. What is the procedure for these case? Please help me ! Thank you

If you have proof of her changing foreign currency, then this must be reported to the police, but don't let her know before they come to your house, otherwise she will hide evidence, or have time to make up some lie.
Whether she is a mother or not she is a thief, and will steal again. If she is properly dealt with she will be charged by police, and after suitable punishment she will be deported back to her own country, never to work in hK again.
If you just fire her, she will lie to get another job, then eventually steal from her next employers.

Normally cash, foreign currency and gold rings are not left lying around. If you did, then you can only blame yourself.
Mind you, on what grounds do you do a search of someones private belongings? Does that mean every time you lose something and suspect your DH, you can search her room, or her pockets etc??!!

that's ridiculous. if you leave cash and rings around, you can only blame yourself if they're stolen? how about blaming the thief? it's your own house. Of course you let your guard down and you don't lock everything away. And even if you didn't, it's not your fault that they're stolen. absolutely not. just because i'm careless, does not excuse other people's bad, illegal behavior
Bnana, I would find solid evidence and then call the cops right away. You shouldn't try to cover up for her, or worst, release her so she can find another job. You wouldn't want this to happen to another family. have a solid proof that she stole, and call the cops

If your maid is indeed a thief, you are no better. What makes you think you have the right to go through her private personal belongings just because you lost/misplaced/cannot find things?
If you are certain she stole things, you should have called the police and not gone through her things.

I'm sorry, what? We routinely leave cash and jewelry lying around, or at least in places our helper knows. Nothing has ever gone missing.
I'm all for employers having a safe at home and storing valuables in it. But if you can't trust your helper not to take money from your wallet, you need to get rid of her.
Also agreed with mike204 about your search of her bag. It is not proper for you to go through her things no matter what you suspect.

Axptguy, dont be sorry. There was no mention of anything stolen from a wallet by the way, infact no proof of theft at all. There was suspicion of theft based on a receipt for foreign currency exchange.
As i mentioned, and as mike204 also wrote, bnana has no right to conduct a search of her DH's belongings.

In any situation, where theft is suspected, you should report the incident to the police and let them follow up, as is the general sentiment of most responses. Because you employ someone, it does not mean that you are above the law or that the employee's individual rights are diminished through the fact that you are their employer. All too often, employers see themselves as the "owner" of the employee as if the employee is a slave.
Depending on her religion you may consider cutting her hands off, that way you may get the ring back, since she wont be able to wear it. However that would only be possible if she was of the correct religion and if you relocated to a country where such laws can be implemented.
