We would like to employ a postnatal helper (doula) to commence from July who has experience with preparing the various traditional Chinese postnatal dishes and who can also help with our newborn in the first few months.
Would a rate of 12-16k per month be fair for a local (HK) helper/doula working an 8 hour day, 5 times a week?
Many thanks for any replies.
