Looking for an agent who charges helpers and employers reasonable fees

Does anyone know of a registered agent in HK for Indonesian helpers and charges a reasonable amount to the helper, say a maximum of $3000 (aka "one month's salary"), or even the stipulated maximum of 10% of first month's salary ($374) if they find an employer themselves, such as through this website?


I am planning to hire a helper from Indonesia who is already in HK, and would prefer to sort out the contract matters through a registered agent who charges a reasonable amount to both employer and helper. This amount should apply to helpers who have had to terminate their contract for whatever reason.


Please share if you know of any. Provide business name and contact number of the agent, and what their fees are to the helper and to the employer if possible.


I have read on this website under Agency Services that Indonesian Domestic Workers are still required to go through a registered agent in HK for the Indonesian Consulate to notorize their contracts, whereas, Filipino helpers are allowed to take their contracts to the Filipino Consulate themselves to be processed, thus avoid having to pay hefty agency fees. To me, this does seem rather unfair, so I would like to do my little bit by finding a decent agent before the rush starts from the two-week limit of stay.

We found her ourselves though this site but hired our Indonesian Helper through Java Maid in Wanchai. They didn't charge her anything and we paid the fees of about $2000. They were very good and even called back a few months later to see that everything was OK. They also called her about 6 weeks before her passport was to expire to ensure she would deal with it and not overstay.
