Hello.

I am currently going through the process of hiring a helper. She is currently working in HK and will go home at the end of the month. She will commence work with us in May. I took the paperwork to the Philippines Consulate yesterday and realized that her passport expires in September. My question is, will immigration process the paperwork and issue her the visa for 2 years if her passport finishes in September?

Pretty sure they will. Our helper's passport expired in the middle of her contract and she still had a 2 year contract. She just had to get a new passport.
