I have found a helper to hire who is currently in Qatar. I have completed all the paperwork but need an agency to have the contract verified by the Philippines consulate as they will only deal with agencies. Does anyone know of an agency who will do this?

Thanks, it seems since the agencies do not have the opportunity to charge my helper a hefty fee they are not interested in assisting - all I need is the contract verified by the consulate.
