My wife and I recently blessed with a new baby so we hired a domestic helper for the first time. After allowing time to settle in etc we have been really disappointed with her work. As she admits she does not how to cook, she regularly insults my wife, she can't follow basic instructions and regularly does the opposite of what we ask her to do. We have sat down numerous times with her to express our care and try to solve this problem but to no avail.
So we want to change our helper.
We must give one month's notice and one month's salary? correct?
I am now checking with the agency but what other process do we need to go through in order to terminate her contract?
