Hi,
I just hired a helper which I am going to let go since she doesn't fullfill my expectations.
She joined my family short after she finished her previous contract.
Means we were planning to differ her return home for December when we will be on holidays.
Her previous employer gave her the money for the return ticket to the Phillipines.
Do I need to also provide one one ticket?

yes you have to provide her one way ticket home as stated in the contract, food allowance depending on how long it will take her to get home including bus and other fares
