Hi, I would like to hire a helper who has been working 5 years for my friend and has to leave HK soon for good. Her last day is 1 August 2013 and I want this helper to report duty ASAP upon contract ends ( she does not need to go home)
1. How early I can sign contract with this helper and submit documents to immigration and consulate? Can I do it now or say mid July which is two weeks prior last day of contract with current employer?
2. Is the visa process around 2 weeks?
3. Any referral on agency that can help to process the visa application as helper said that she is not familiar with procedure nor document? How much is the fee?
