Helper sick

Our helper had an accident in her own time - not work time. She will now be out of work for 3-5 months. What should we do? We have insurance. She is only with us a couple of weeks and wants to go home to recover. Due to her injury she needs full time care.

If you had any type of helper insurance, it may cover you to get another helper while your own recovers.
