Withdraw visa application - Urgent pls advice

Hi,

I have filed an application for a FDH, but due to job seems we will be leaving HK soon. What should I do in order to withdraw the application as we will not need helper anymore now?

Fax your written withdrawal of application to the PH Consulate immediately, and also the HK Labour Dept. And don't forget to officially notify your to-be helper (preferably in writing) along with the employment agency you used to hire that helper.

Hi pkw888,

I filed application for Sri Lankan helper, so I need to inform Sri Lankan consulate, I suppose.

And I did not use any agency as it was straight forward process. I was recommended this helper by another helper of my friend, so didnt needed agency's help.
