I'm looking some culinary school.....

Any body knows here where to find a culinary school I want to upgrade my skills specially in cooking. Not that expensive school cos I use my own expenses and my time is limited I'm a domestic helper here in hk and I'm from Philippines.

Hello Leeicy, I hope you see this as it is a late reply but good for you for wanting to enhance your skills!

Have you checked out Hong Electric's Home Management Centre courses? They run Chinese, Indian/Pakistani and European cookery classes. I went to an Indian cooking class there about 10 years ago and although it wasn't hand-on and our small group (mostly Filipina helpers and a couple of European women) just watched and made notes, it was useful for very basic techniques, so this could be a good start for you.

The prices are around $90 per lesson; maybe you could choose one(s) that interest you?
