Early release of contract

My family & I are leaving Hong Kong at the of July. Our helpers contract contract expires in September.

Our helper has a new job after we leave, which starts in August and so we need to arrange for an early release of contract for our helper, so she can start witht the new employer

Can someone please explain the process for 'early release of contract', so she can transfer jobs without any problems.

I suggest writing your helper a release/termination letter citing "leaving HK" as the reason. That way, she can sign a new contract and start work without living HK if that's what she prefers.
