FDH Training

Hi Folks,

What type of training options are out there for an FDH who handles most of her duties well, but who needs some help with certain facets of her job?

Specifically, she is good at cleaning and looking after our child, but she's hopeless in the kitchen and we really need her to step up her game.

We're willing to pay a service to teach her how to shop for an expat family ("marketing", in the lingo), and basics on how to cook a decent meal. Kitchen 101, and how to follow a recipe.

We like her so we don't want to sack her, and we don't have time to coach her ourselves. We're not expecting miracles, and we do want to give her a chance. We need to see some improvement and at this point we think the best way is to send her somewhere who can teach her (maybe in her own language) what's expected of her in the kitchen, and most of all, to give her some much needed confidence.

Anybody out there know of a service who can help provide this kind of training? Much appreciated if so. Thanks in advance!
