how do you contact the helpers?

hi, I've just signed up in order to be able to contact the helpers through their ads, but now i find there is no way to contact them... can you let me know how i do this please?

When you purchase a membership and log in you will be able to see each helper's contact information on their ad. You can call them --- or send them sms messages asking them to contact you when they are finished work (many employers don't allow their helpers to pick up calls during work hours)

I cant see that information, before i purchased the ability to see it, it said contact helper in a red box. That has gone.
