I think you will be pushing it to find a total stranger you can immediately trust to the extent of leaving your 3mo with while you go back to work. Good luck, though.

where do u live?...its very hard to find someone who can taking care of ur 3months old baby,specialy when u are not at home...its better ask to un friend i think they recomend u someone u can trust,when u are not home...have a nice day..

I agree with the second poster.


12 weeks is also very young to leave a baby in a nursery.


What you could do, is take on a helper and, some months later, if you like the way she handles your baby (with your supervision) then think about allowing her to cover for you for a few hours, in the first instance.


If it is your first baby then the learning curve is still ahead of you. If not, and you're an experienced mum, then you might be able to indicate how you wish your baby to be looked after.

Be very, very careful. I don't want to scare you off, but I know someone who had a live-in helper who she totally trusted to look after her baby. I think the baby was a few months old when she was told, by the next-door neighbour's helper, that her helper was in the habit of going out and leaving the baby alone in the flat. When she confronted her helper, the helper didn't even seem to understand that she'd done anything wrong.
