Moving DH from HK to Singapore

Hi knowledgeable readers,
Considering the current restrictions with international travel and relocation, does anyone have experience on how to take a current DH from HK to relocate to Singapore? I'm a single parent and I greatly rely on my amazing helper, so we want to move to Singapore as a complete family unit. I'm wondering if she could initially come to Singapore as a visitor, with me, and then complete the appropriate employment paperwork once there.
