Hello,
Our helper has been with our family for a few years now.
Her contract is about to finish soon but I don't want to renew it as I feel her behavior is not correct anylonger (arrogant, sulking and even answering back). We had a talk about it but she didn't change anything. She has become very confident in herself and never apologies for any bad comment or behavior.
My main concern is :
- 2 of her cousins are working in the same residence and I don't know how to handle it if we don't renew her (I know she'll be unhappy about it).
Any advice how to handle this ?
Should I tell her in advance that we don't want to renew her contract or shall we wait until the last minute ?

how many month is left if not too long befor her contract is finish one month befor u tell her u dont want to renew that it i doen same thing i tell my one one month beofr then she can find another one

then tell her end of in march that u r not renew her contract better she can look for job
