Have trawled through old threads - does anyone have the exact address of Modern House North Point and any idea how much they charge?

Depends on the bed and the mattress but if I recall correctly somewhere 1500-2500 for a helper bed. Would recommend adding a mattress pad from IKEA to make it a bit less like sleeping on a piece of plywood.
Note that apart from the beds in the showroom, you can order from catalogs that they have. Delivery time is still under a week.
Pricerite has a bed+wardrobe+desk+mattress unit for about 4500.
