Hi,
Is there any way to find a babysitter that can work full days but not set days?
I have a 6 month old baby & work full-time but my wife keeps disappearing leaving me having to take time off from work so I am risking losing my job. Is there an agency that can be phoned in a morning & can provide a baby sitter with only very short notice? Or ideally if could find helper in my area that would be able to babysit when this happens.
I live in Hung Hom / Whampoa & would appreciate any advice.

Thanks Cara for the advice. I will eventually be going down that route. I want to give my daughter stability but things are complicated at the moment so just looking for a short term solution until I am in a position of having some fulltime help.
