Hello,
I am a working women having two kids.I have applied to sign a contract with a DH.My contract will be finalised within few days.
Now my problem is- the helper whom i have choosen is not up to my expectations. Can i stop my contract-process immediately?If yes then i would like to know that -Will the helper's visa get finished on the same day on which i refuse to sign her,or she will be given some days to find another work?Because I wish that she should be given some time to find another work.
Please advice me about How n when to stop the contract-process, as i want to justify both sides-i want a good helper and she also can find another employer.

call immigration, as far as i understand the helper will still be given another 2 wks? but check with the immigration to be sure

You notify Imm Dept about your decision. It will be in the form of cancellation of the visa since you haven't really picked it up yet. You need the VCA number they give you since it acts like your case ID number. She has 2 weeks from the date you notify IMD of find another employer.
