First column -- Years of Service.

Second column -- Number of days of paid annual

leave for a leave year

It appears to me that your DH is right. There are 8 days for the third year and 9 days for the fourth year. You can contact the Labour Department at 2717 1771, to double check.

It's a concern that you have been employing a helper for >3 years and you don't know the rules - but from what is posted in this forum you're not alone unfortunately. The following link will take you to a FDH Guide published by the Labour Dept. The schedule of days posted by Nat 76 will be found in Chapter 4.
