Hi,


I just have a few questions, we are leaving Hong Kong and just want to know what we have to do about letting our helper go.


She has been working for us for about a year.

You terminate the contract and need to meet all of your contractual obligations in that regard, including informing Immigration. That following link will take you to a very helpful guide with all of the information you need. As far as the levy is concerned you will have 'done your dough' as there is no refund of any unused portion.
