Hi I am trying to help my ex helper who is back in the philippines to find ajob here but I dont want her to pay huge agents fees. It hard so far as no one if confident enough to hire someone they cant interview and only base it on my recommendation or take the wait while her application is being processed.

Sure but a lot of people go through an agent and select purely from a biodata and photo maybe a video sometimes.
