Releasing DH due to financial reasons

Wondered if anyone can help.

I have to release my helper due to financial difficulties, I have spoken to her and given her 1 months notice.

However, she told me that because it's financial we don't actually have to give a months notice we can release her straight away.

As much as this would help I don't want to do anything that isn't immigration rules.

Does anyone know if this is correct?

Thanks

I think the one month notice stays the same.

Hi, giving a notice to your helper is stated on the contract, in which you have done it right. It is in Clause10 of the Employment Contract. It also gives her time to find a new employer. And as soon as she found one, it will go through verification in Immigration.
