No it isn't! I just looked on gov web site and national day isn't a holiday but cheung yeung festival is. Hope this helps!

Maybe I am going mad and pls correct me if I'm wrong but I just read there are 12 holidays for helpers per year. The last was the moon festival and the next cheung yeung festival
