Terminate - air ticket question pls

Should i give the air ticket on the day that she will be terminated? when should i date it - 14 days stay in Hk. But what if she wants to go home the following day and doesn't like to wait for 14 days, i'm thinking the ticket will be wasted and i have to bear the cost of another one.


When do you give it to helper? how many days after terminated?


I know some ask the helper to go to agency and they provide the ticket. I am planning to use cebu pacific or mileage to save cost.
