Is it the norm to pay a live-in DH extra for evening babysitting?
We discussed that this would be required on occasion during interviewing, but we didn't really agree any specifics.
What do others do?
Fyi, my DH works around a 12 hr day already. Babysitting would involve just listening to the monitor, and checking on my 1 yr old if she wakes, but this is highly unlikely as she tends to sleep really well.
