Reporting a sleazy agent

Where can I file a complain against my domestic helper agent?


I am furious with the agent for the following:-


- I was told that if I bought Garuda, that I had to pay the taxi fare for my ex-helper because the flight would be very early in the morning. I said, "Okay" but they said I had to pay $400. I checked and found out the taxi fare was only $250.

- Then they said that they would charge me for their staff's time to take the helper to the taxi.

- I was told that the flight to Indonesia would cost HK$2,200. I paid HK$1,500.

- They said insurance was included as part of our package. Then when I asked for the insurance back, they said I am not allowed to carry the policy to my new helper because they gave me the insurance for free and it is their property. I called the insurance company and apparently the insurance had been deleted and refunded to them.


This is absolutely absurd and unfair.


Is there anyone I could complain to? I really do not wish for them to cheat anymore customers.

Please see our rules - we do not allow the naming of companies or individuals in a negative manner on this site. Perhaps this is Expat Bobs agency - opened after his restaurant was driven out of biz???

Normally Garuda airlines will provide settle bus going to airport the for free if there flight schedule are changed (very early or late night). You may called to Garuda from where your maid can take there settle bus going to the airport.
