how long can a filipina domestic helper stay in the philippines for a vacation and still have the excisting contract to be valid when she comes back to hongkong? Can the filipina helper stay in the philippines for 5 months as a vacation while the employer is also no holiday in other country?

,can a helper be allowed to live out if the employer was temporarily assigned to other countries for a period of six months? i was relocated by my company and so am living hong kong with my son but i dont want to terminate my contract with my helper and am planning to let her wait for us but i have to stop renting out house.. can i get a boarding house for her instead and let her wait for us?
