after release : helper can start another job ?

I've just released my helper (before the end of the 2 year contract).

If she finds another employer now, does she have to go back to the Philippines to get her visa ?

Or can she do it here without returning to her home country ?

Ladyfrog, we have just terminated our helper's contract because we are leaving HK for good. Do we just need to provide a letter to our helper confirming our intention to leave HK so that she can apply to immigration to stay on and look for another job beyong the two weeks?
